Hubb allows you to download all your session resources at once in a .zip file.
Please note that session materials will need to be in either Pending or Approved status in order to be exported. Declined resources will not be included in this export. To learn more about changing the resource status, check out our Session Resources Guide.
Note: when downloading session resources, we recommend internet connection speeds of 3 Mb/s or faster.
Importing Session Materials
The session materials import tool allows you to upload all of your session resources in a single file. The import tool uses session codes to identify sessions and assign resources to that session. To ensure a successful upload, please ensure that:
- Each session has a session code
- Name all your files with the session code, for example 1153.pptx
- Only .pptx or .mp4 files are included in the .zip file
- All session resources are in a single .zip file
- Please note that you can only upload one file type per session.
1. Navigate to the admin portal | |
2. Select Sessions | ![]() |
3. Select Import/Export Session Materials | ![]() |
4. From here, click on choose file, and select your .zip file to upload. Once selected, click the green Import button. | ![]() |
5. Please note: depending on the size of the .zip file, the import time will vary. Please do not navigate away from this page. Once the import completes, a status result message will appear as shown below. | ![]() |
All sessions will be listed. Successful uploads will show Upload successful for session: followed by the session name. Any resources that were not successfully uploaded will show with the message "Cannot find a session with code:" followed by the session code.
