If you're a Staffing Lead, you have the ability to approve and configure meetings.
How to Approve a Meeting Request
An email notification will be sent to you, informing you of a new meeting request. Make sure that you enable Send me email notifications in your profile.
1. Click on the small arrow in the top, left corner next to where it says Admin.
|2. Select the Staffing option from the dropdown.|
|3. Click on Scheduling.|
|4. Click on Meeting Schedule.|
|5. From there, click on the filter icon in the top-right corner.|
|6. Select Meeting Status.|
|7. Click on Pending Approval from the drop down.|
|8. Locate and click on the meeting you'd like to approve.|
|9. Click the Edit (pencil) icon in the top-right portion of the screen.|
|10. Click Approve Request and review your meeting confirmation details.|
Repeat this process for any other meetings you'd like to approve.
