Use Speaker Assistants to help manage Speakers or Sessions!
The settings for the Speaker Assistant role can be edited in the "Setup Properties" for your event.
|1. From the Admin Portal click Event|
|2. Click Set up Properties|
|3. Click Event Options Tab|
|4. Click Edit Details|
|5. Scroll Down to Speaker|
- Depending on the selected settings, speakers have the ability to create their own assistants.
- Speakers Assistants can be associated to either a session or a speaker.
- Depending on the selected settings, Speaker Assistants can be given permissions to edit their associated speakers.
- Depending on the selected settings, Speaker Assistants can be given permissions edit sessions their associated speakers are in.
If you have chosen to associate Speaker Assistants to Speakers, you will do this by editing the Speaker Assistant’s profile:
