This article covers frequently asked questions regarding the Sponsor Portal site. This does not apply to Sponsor Dashboards within Hubb event sites.
Sponsor Portal Site FAQ's:
Please check your Spam folder. Your invitation came from email@example.com.
If your invitation is not in your Spam folder, it’s possible that your corporate spam filter blocked the invitation before it even got to your email address. If this is the case, contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we can reply to you directly with your invitation.
Your invitation email is unique and can only be used one time. Once you accept an invitation and log into the ERC using a Microsoft account, LinkedIn, GitHub, or Microsoft employee email address, you must use that option every time you log into the ERC. For example, if you accept the invitation and log into the ERC using your LinkedIn account, you cannot accept the invitation again and log in using a Microsoft account. This can be especially confusing if you accept the invitation using an email address that is different than the email address the invitation was sent to.
Your Microsoft account is the account you use to access your Microsoft devices and services. For example, this is the account you use to log into Skype, Outlook.com, and OneDrive.
Why did you end up at https://mspartner.hubb.me/Speaker/Error/InvalidInvite?
You can only use an invitation once. If you click on the Access your event portal link in the invitation email after you’ve already used it to log into the ERC, you will be redirected to this URL: https://mspartner.hubb.me/Speaker/Error/InvalidInvite. Go to mspartner.hubb.me to log into the ERC.
Go to mspartner.hubb.me, and try to log in.
If you forgot which option you used to log in, contact email@example.com and we can send you a new invitation.
There is a link in the ERC that takes you to a Booth Selection page in Hubb, an event management software application. If you are getting an error when you follow the Booth Selection link, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
