While attending an event, you may use virtual web-conferencing applications to attend live sessions.
Accessing Live Sessions From My Schedule
1. Navigate to the Schedule Builder | |

3. From Schedule Builder, click on "My Schedule". Next, find the session you want to join. You should see "Join Live Session Here" or "Join Online Meeting" underneath the title of the session. | ![]() |
Accessing Live Sessions From The Sessions Page

2. Select Sessions | ![]() |
3. This will take you to the Sessions page where you will see the full list of sessions for the event. The tabs at the top including a listing for All Days, On Demand, and by specific date. Clicking a session's title will take you to that Session's Detail page. | ![]() |
4. In the Session Details page, you should find a link to join a Zoom booth if one is available for the room (location of link may vary). Simply copy it into your browser if it is not clickable, and you will be prompted to open the Zoom client so that the meeting can be joined. In this case, there is a link that says "Join Online" which goes to the Zoom room. | ![]() |
